All rates are subject to the Ohio Sales Tax at a rate of 7.25%

• Payment date is your join date of each year
To cancel your membership you must fill out a
cancellation of membership form available at the
front desk. 30 days written notice is required for all
membership cancellations. All membership cards
must be turned in.
If you can not afford the full cost of a YMCA
membership you can apply to receive financial
assistance. To process your request we will need
the following information:
• A copy of last year’s tax return
• A copy of 2 pay stubs from two different months
• A membership application
• A financial assistance application
Financial assistance is based on family income and
the availability of YMCA funds.
• Incomplete applications will not be looked at.
• Applications not including a second adult in the
homes income are considered tainted.
***Scholarships are granted from 10% to a maximum of 70% of the membership cost based on the figures submitted.
Guest Pass Policy
Insurance regulation’s and Standard YMCA/USA
operating practices have forced us to change our
guest policies. There are NO stand alone day
guests! A member of the YMCA in good standing
must accompany each guest and the guest may
only visit the YMCA three times in a 12-month
period. A members guest is expected to pay the
guest fee. A visiting member from another YMCA
is expected to pay half of the guest fee.
Guest fees are as follows:
